Neurask partner program terms

These terms apply to everyone who recommends Neurask with a partner code – businesses, self-employed people and private persons.

Who can take part

Everyone with a Neurask account and a confirmed email address can apply, as a business, self-employed person or private person, from any country. We review every application and may decline it without giving reasons. You can apply again after 90 days.

Commission

You receive the agreed share (default 10 %) of the net revenue of every brand that books its first package with your code – after the discount and excluding VAT. Commission runs for the agreed period (default 12 months) from the brand's first paid invoice. Each brand has exactly one partner. Brands you are a member of when they book earn no commission.

Approval and reversals

Commission is approved after a waiting period (default 30 days) once the invoice is paid. Refunds, credit notes and lost payment disputes reverse the commission proportionally, also after a payout (netted with later commission).

Payout

We pay approved commission from €50 monthly on the 15th by bank transfer; smaller amounts carry over. If you live or are based outside the EU, we review every payout first. New partners have a monthly cap in their first 90 days; amounts above it are released after review.

Credit note or statement

Businesses and self-employed people receive a self-billing credit note (§ 14 (2) sentence 2 UStG) with the VAT that fits their tax status; by taking part you agree to self-billing and may object to it. Private persons receive a statement without VAT and are responsible for declaring the income for tax purposes.

Advertising labels

Every post that contains your code or link must be clearly labelled as advertising ("Ad" or "Advertising"). The texts in the "Share" area are already labelled.

Not allowed

Coupon, cashback and discount portals; paid search ads on "Neurask" or its spellings; spam; misleading claims such as guaranteed rankings in AI assistants; codes for your own brands. Violations can lead to the code being blocked and the partnership ending.

Data

You only see pseudonymous information about referred brands (e.g. "Customer 3, Plus, active, revenue"), no names, brands or email addresses. We store your payout details separately and keep statements for 10 years (§ 147 AO).

Termination

Both sides can terminate with 30 days' notice, for good cause immediately. We pay out commission that is already approved, even below €50.

Changes

We announce changes to these terms by email 30 days in advance. Changes to your commission apply to invoices paid after the change.
